A legacy crafted with passion, dedication, and hard work leaves an enduring mark that is celebrated endlessly. Established in 2015, Little Laureates Kindergarten (LLK) has earned the trust of parents and the affection of children for more than 8 years. Originated by a knowledge ascetic personality Late Shri S.M. Joshi sir. Our team is devoted to integrating contemporary methodologies and educational practices to ensure our students are equipped for the challenges of the 21st century.
Little Laureates Kindergarten was founded by our Director, the late Shri S.M. Joshi sir, in 2015. He served the education fraternity for over 50 glorious years. S.M. Joshi sir has successfully led Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Modern School, and Sevasadan Saksham School, guiding them to remarkable achievements. He had a vision for the holistic development of children, with the school playing a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. His love and warmth for children were eternal. Shri S.M. Joshi sir was a man of utmost simplicity, yet he possessed a high level of thoughtfulness. His punctuality, discipline, and effective management skills were the greatest virtues of his life. Shri S.M. Joshi sir was an inspiration to all of us, and his legacy will continue to live on.
The school management is now under the capable leadership of Mr. Sandeep Y. Joshi, who has assumed the responsibility with a progressive and innovative approach. His effective management has positively impacted the overall development of both students and staff at Little Laureates Kindergarten. Discipline, a vital feature of our school, underpins the structured and supportive environment we provide for our students. Mr. Joshi is a guiding force for us all, providing constant support and a commitment to the holistic development of our students. His remarkable efforts have enabled the school to achieve greater heights.
Mrs Pranjali Joshi is an integral and futuristic principal, who is having 25 years of experience in the teaching field embodies insightful leadership, seamlessly integrating innovative educational practices to foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Emphasizing holistic development, she cultivates a culture of continuous improvement, where students and staff are empowered to explore, innovate, and excel. By anticipating future trends and challenges, she ensures that their institution remains at the forefront of educational excellence, preparing students not just for academic success, but for meaningful and impactful lives in an ever-evolving world.
In our nursery class, we conduct variety of activities designed to promote the comprehensive development of our students. These activities include: activities for fine motor and gross motor development, circle time to introduce concepts, storytelling sessions through puppet shows, outdoor games, free play, focusing cognitive development language skills of a student are developed through reading, recognition and writing. We also focus on inculcating table manners and usage of golden words to enhance soft skills in the students.
In KGI class focus is given to develop the oratory and language skills of students. Concepts are being taught using flash cards and cognitive skills are being developed through phonetics. Hands on activities for numeracy skills are managed. Conducting roll play and circle time to introduce various concepts like shapes and sentence formation, and good manners and habits. Every year nutrition week is conducted to inculcate good eating habits.
The language skills in KGII are enhanced using phonetics to develop fluency in reading and speaking English language. Additionally chanting of Sanskrit shlokas. Roll plays and storytelling sessions are also conducted to develop life skills in the students. The school promotes experiential learning for key topics of environmental studies like germination activity to introduce life cycle of plants and also to develop numeracy skills. On regular basis the activity oriented teaching and learning is conducted for gross motor skills and fine motor skills development. Variety of festivals are celebrated in the school to initiate varied cultures of our country.

Activities that require listening, comprehension, and attention help develop cognitive functions.
The school arranges various types of monthly activities throughout the year to develop aesthetic sense, creativity, and language skills. These competitions help children evolve their creativity, confidence, and critical thinking skills. In the Geeta Chanting competition of Chinmay Mission students of our School displayed exemplary skills and confidence as they recited the verses with utmost clarity. The school continues to inspire and guide all the students towards even greater achievements in the future competitions !!
The tiny tots of KG I recently participated in the “Dance Competition” for November 2024. Their little steps to patriotic, devotional, and children’s songs melted our hearts. Dressed beautifully, they gave their best with pure joy and innocence.
