All round development of child and confidence to face the future challenges in life is the main aim of the Kindergarten. Parents and Guardians are requested to go through the prospectus carefully and co-operate with the management of the school by duly observing all the rules and regulations mentioned in this document.
The Chief aim of the school is to provide an atmosphere through English medium to prepare them for future education, and purposeful life. An informal method of teaching a student is adopted in this Kindergarten for creating an ideal environment for their development. Learning by self experience and play way method are the main criteria in this Kindergarten.
Admission is granted as per availability of the seats. However, the right of admission is reserved. Every candidate seeking admission must be introduced to the Principal/Director by the Parent. Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form only. An attested xerox copies of the original birth certificate (Form No.5 or 9) obtained from the Municipal corporation and a health certificate from your family doctor / any registered Medical practitioner, should be submitted at the time of registration of form. Original health certificate will be required at the time of admission. Fees once paid at the time of admission will not be refunded under any circumstances. On all matters relating to admission, the decision of the Head of the institution is final. Please note that a student of this Kindergarten will be automatically admitted to Sevasadan Saksham School, Sitabuldi, Nagpur.
In case of withdrawals, application on a prescribed form for the issue of Transfer Certificate should be submitted to the office, one week in advance, signed by both the parents. Transfer Certificate will not be issued unless all dues are paid. If the head of the institution finds any student's performance and behaviour unsatisfactory and orders withdrawal of such a pupil, it is obligatory on the part of the parent or the guardian to withdraw the student.
The school fees are charged for all twelve months of the year. They are payable quarterly or yearly. The fees can be paid in the school office between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on all working days. Under exceptional circumstances, the fees will be accepted on monthly basis also. The fee has to be paid by the 10th day of first month of every quarter. If a parent fails to pay the fees by the 10th of the month. After that a fine of Rs. 50/- will be collected upto the last date of every month, after which the name of the child will be struck off from the roll. Thereafter re-admission fee of Rs. 7,000/- has to be paid, for continuation of the student in the class. Since the institution is unaided, the fees structure may be revised from time to time, with or without notice to the parents.
The parents are hereby informed that the fee structure is subject to revision and the applicant, therefore, will have to separately undertake to pay the revised fees / charges as and when the same is revised. The Management reserves the right to change the location of the Kindergarten and the change in locations shall be binding on the students and their parents.
